WOW!

Despite what can only be described as a mild winter the energy matching fund has been busy. With the matching fund we will match up to $200 to pay for heat, primarily Propane and Electric but also firewood and fuel oil. We pay the vendors directly. We offer it once a season per household. And in special cases, Elders primarily, we will waive the match requirement.

This year a council person, Cubby, provided funds for 35 matches.

We have had over 270 families receive help this year with over 1300 people in those households.

This only happens because of the wonderful support we receive each year. Many people provide funds. First United Methodist Church in Fort Collins provided over $25,000.00!!! Many other churches offer help too.
