CROCK POT EGG BAKE 1 dozen eggs 1 cup of milk 32 oz hash-browns 1 # meat 3 cups of cheese 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup diced onions (optional) 1/2 cup diced peppers (optional)
Spray a 6 qt crock pot with cooking spray. Create layers: Potatoes, meat, veggies (optional), cheese. Repeat 2 to 3 times (more layers for larger Nesco or crock pots). Mix together eggs, milk, mustard, salt pepper and pour over the top. Set crock pot on low for 7 - 8 hours. (Serves 8-10).
CROCK POT APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL 2 apples, cored and sliced 2 1/4 cups apple cider or apple juice 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats 1 TBSP brown sugar 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Place all of the ingredients into a 3 to 4 quart size slow cooker. Stir. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Stir again and serve.
